Hume London’s bespoke shirt making service offers clients the opportunity to create shirts made entirely to their own specifications. Founded by James Hume MacAuslan, the house is built on his years of experience in shirtmaking and a commitment to creating garments that combine traditional craft with a modern sensibility.
The process begins with a personal consultation, during which measurements are taken and the client’s preferences are discussed. From there, each shirt is developed through a considered process of cloth selection, design choices and pattern drafting to achieve precise and comfortable fit. Made to Measure Knitwear
With our made-to-measure knitwear we offer clients the opportunity to create a piece they will not find elsewhere. Clients can choose from a wide range of yarns, weaves and colours, alongside an extensive selection of styling details, to create a jumper, polo, vest or cardigan made to their exact specifications. Fully fashioned and crafted in Puglia, Italy, each piece is produced to an exceptional standard.
